China Extended Stem Stainless Steel Ball Valve Used In Low Temperature

Application:
The cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different pipeline of Class 150 to Class 1500, PN16 to PN100, JIS10K to JIS20K. By using different material, the cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different working temperature and medium.
-The minimum temperature is -196ºC.
-The operation can be manual, gear, pneumatic and motorized.
-The end connection could be flanged and welded.

Product Range:
It has two types, floating ball and trunnion mounted ball. For the temperature above -50ºC., long neck design is seldom adopted. For the temperature below -50ºC, the neck length T shall be 250mm. Or be as our design.

Structure Features:
Cryogenic ball valve is used for low temperature working condition, especially for some hazard media, such as liquidized natural gas.

Material:
Common steels are brittle in the cryogenic condition. So the key point for the design and production of cryogenic ball is to select proper body material accordingly to the minimum working temperature of the ball valve. To ensure the material suitability under the low temperature condition. The material adopted shall be impact tested according to the standard requirements. The packing, gasket and nut shall also adopt the materials suitable for low temperature condition.

A: Usually sea worthy plywood cases. We usually ship by sea. Train and air delivery are also optional.

A: Warranty time: 12 months from the shipment; and we will be responsible for all the quality problems. Longer warranty period could be provided with detailed request and discussion.
7. What is the average lead time?
A: For samples, the delivery time is about 2-5 days. For batch production, the lead time is about 15-60 days after receiving the deposit payment. We can provide production schedule and related photos every two weeks. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for production drawings. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please send your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate our production plan to your needs.
