Smart Dynamic Flow Modulating Electric Ball Valve With Modbus RTU Protocal

SPV04/05 series dynamic flow regulating electric ball valve is an integrated design of ultrasonic flow detection unit and cast iron flanged/forged brass threaded electric ball valve, which integrates the functions of measurement, control, balance and closing. It can also provide the valve opening, temperature and other data. Through the network communication with the whole system, the whole air conditioning water system adopts the technology of variable water supply pressure, so as to always operate in the most energy-saving way.

Within the flow range, the user can set the output flow of the valve according to the needs of the system. When the flow changes due to the change of system pipeline pressure, and the real-time flow exceeds the set flow value, the actuator will automatically and dynamically adjust the valve opening; When the real-time flow reaches ± 5% of the set flow value, stop the regulation to keep the flow constant within the set flow range. It avoids the problem of dynamic hydraulic imbalance caused by overflow or underflow at the proximal end of the system branch or terminal, and ensure the optimal flow of each terminal equipment.

-It adopts ultrasonic flow detection unit, which can measure the flow of various liquids and sewage. The measured volume flow is not affected by the thermophysical parameters such as temperature, pressure, viscosity and density of the measured fluid; Moreover, there are no mechanical transmission parts inside, which is not easy to be damaged, maintenance free and long service life; The built-in unique signal digital processing technology makes the measurement signal more stable, strong anti-interference ability and more accurate measurement.
-The structure of the ball valve is simple, and the sediment is not easy to accumulate; It has equal percentage flow characteristics and high shut-off pressure.
-Simple selection and installation; When expanding or reducing the system, the balance of the new system can be completed through rapid setting.
-When working, first limit the maximum flow according to the design requirements, and then accept the room temperature control or building control signal to adjust the water volume of the valve, so as to distribute the flow in the water system as required, so as to achieve the ideal system balance effect and the best comfort.

-It supports RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol, and can detect and control the valve status in real time.
-The maximum flow value of the limiting valve can be modified manually or remotely.
-The valve can be operated locally (electric and manual) or remotely at any opening of 0 ~ 100%.
-With water temperature detection, data can be communicated. Regional temperature control is optional.
-With overload protection function and stroke self-learning function.
